Delete your myWillbox data

• Sign in to myWillbox.
• Open Settings.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out when it finishes.

• Your login and email address.
• Every connected social account, including the access and refresh tokens we stored for it.
• Every video you uploaded and its thumbnail, removed from our file storage.
• The AI-generated descriptions and captions for those videos, and your edits to them.
• Your brand-voice notes and settings.
• Your publishing history and logs.

Posts that were already published on a social platform stay there, because they live on the platform and not with us. Delete them on the platform if you want them removed.

Email support@lr-holding.org from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data.” We may ask you to confirm it’s you. We respond promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Open Accounts, choose the account, and select Disconnect. We delete the stored tokens for that account and the captions drafted for it. Your videos and your other accounts are not affected.

You can revoke myWillbox’s access in each platform’s own settings. Menu names change from time to time, so if you can’t find a path below, search the platform’s help for “connected apps.”

• X: Settings and privacy, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions, then Connected apps. Choose myWillbox and select Revoke app permissions.
• Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Select myWillbox and remove it.
• Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites. Select myWillbox and remove it.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services. Select myWillbox and remove it.
• Google and YouTube: visit security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, select myWillbox, and choose Remove access.

Revoking access stops myWillbox from posting to that account. It does not by itself delete the data we hold. To delete that, use the steps above.

After deletion we keep only what the law requires or what we need to honor your request, such as a record that you asked us to delete your data and when. Copies may also remain in our providers’ backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
